Lauren Long, MA, BCBA, CYC-A

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Lauren is the co-founder and Executive Director of Full Spectrum. Lauren is a 2019 Journey Fellow and has worked with children in a variety of settings; including summer camps, schools, DCS, and ABA therapy programs. She earned her B.A. in Psychology at the University of West Florida and M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State.  Lauren is passionate about autistic advocacy and supporting the anti-ableist movement for ABA reform. She is an avid, self-proclaimed yogi and lover of all things outdoors. In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling, creating art and spending time with her 1 year-old daughter.

Joaquin Orozco, M.S.

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Joaquin is the co-founder and Director of Operations of Full Spectrum. He is a proud Indiana State University Sycamore, where he obtained both his Bachelors and Masters degrees. He is also a 2011 alumni of the Journey Fellowship for youth workers. Joaquin has spent the entirety of his career working with children and adults with a wide array of needs, from developmental and intellectual disabilities to mental health and addiction. He is a passionate supporter of the Person-Centered individualized treatment movement in Indiana. Along with working full time and teaching at Ivy Tech in Lafayette, Joaquin enjoys being active, traveling to new cities, and tending to his ever-growing collection of house plants.

Ophelia (Layla) Weir, RBT


Hello – I’m Layla! I have been an RBT for over three years. I am currently in school for Applied Behavior Analysis. I am passionate about Autism advocacy and ensuring that each child is heard and celebrated as they are. Each child is completely unique and incredible in their own way. I am married with a two year old son. I also have two dogs and a cat! I enjoy listening to podcasts, reading, and writing. I am so proud to be a part of Full Spectrum and so excited about this journey. 💛

Destiny Kisling, RBT

My name is Destiny, I’m a Taurus. I’m so happy to be with Full Spectrum, and hope to always help change lives for the better and grow with this amazing group. I have two dogs, a bearded dragon and three fish. I enjoy gardening, playing in the rain, camping and other outdoor activities. I play alto saxophone and piano but am hoping to learn more. I enjoy movie nights at home or the theater but a good book will always be the best.

Katelyn (Katie) Cline, BA

Experiential Art Specialist

Katie Cline is the Experiential Art Specialist and the art therapist in training at Full Spectrum. Katie is finishing up her degree in mental health counseling with a specialization in art therapy at St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. She has extensive experience working with children and adults with autism and IDD. Katie also has experience in developing art programs that utilize a holistic, strengths-based approach and focus on the goals of the individual. She has a special interest in understanding trauma and believes that art is an important tool in helping people communicate, regulate emotions, and process trauma. Katie is passionate about using art to improve quality of life and looks forward to working with each child at Full Spectrum.

Caitlin Martin, MS, CCC-SLP Speech Therapist

Caitlin is a national certified and state licensed speech-language pathologist. She has been working with children with autism for 6+ years in a variety of settings. Her previous experiences include working in autism centers as an ABA therapist and speech therapist. She incorporates AAC, reading, and imaginative play into her therapy sessions. Caitlin specializes in autism diagnostics and currently works part-time in the Riley Developmental Medicine department. She also owns Better Together Speech Therapy, LLC where she contracts with Full Spectrum ABA Therapy, LLC to provide speech and language services.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys playing house and reading with her two children. She is an avid reader and is part of her neighborhood book club. Caitlin loves unique plants and takes care of 100+ houseplants. She has a special place in her heart for Spain where she has spent time as a childcare provider and student. She speaks proficient Spanish and has 5+ years working with Spanish-speaking clients.
